The Suriname Standards Bureau aims to create an adequate, healthy standards infrastructure to stimulate economic activities, protect the environment, ensure human safety and health, as well as safeguard the lives and health of plants and animals, by establishing, adopting, developing, maintaining, and promoting the application and use of standards and technical regulations.
