The Surinamese Standards Bureau, in collaboration with the company GS1, generates Suriname barcodes.
Products can be uniquely identified with barcodes. In other words, with barcodes products can be sold both online and in store, nationally and internationally.
One barcode per product
Every product and every variant of a product (style, color, content) is given its own unique GS1 article or barcode.
