Training is a crucial tool that can be used to develop employees' capabilities. It also contributes to improving and facilitating systems within an organization.

The SSB serves as a knowledge institute and has begun educating stakeholders from that standpoint. The training sessions cover various standards, technical regulations, and management systems in both the food and non-food sectors.
